Honestly there aren't any steals to find for buggies in that price range. Good 1:10 and 1:8th nitro buggies are going to start at least 300 and go from there.
Please whatever you do avoid the ebay Smartech and himoto buggies, they're a death trap when it comes to quality and durability. Your best bet is to find a good used Ofna Hyper 7 or Kyosho inferno.
If you run out of options and can't find any then there's always the warhead.

1/8 scale buggies aren't cheap. For the cost your looking at eBay would be your best bet.
