Do you think our Goverment with ever put price controls on fuel?

It's crazy how the fuel companies are stealing from the general public. I live in Indianapolis now and last Friday the price of a gallon of 87 octane gas was $3.19 then I drove just 112 miles to Louisville and gas was $2.99 a gallon. What's up with that?

Someone could easily make $2000 a day if they had a tanker truck.Do you think our Goverment with ever put price controls on fuel?
Probably not. It is interesting that past presidents have talked to CEOs and have delt with price raises before and our current GW Bush is doing nothing?

Report those gas stations please. its a gov website

History is some times a guide. Maybe someone should recommend that to Bush.

no because that would involve the govt killing capitalism and free enterprise...

legal theivery of gas will always exist
No they won't. The government is getting their pockets lined with 'green' just like the petroleum industry giants are.

It's the same old blah-blah-blah story.....Supply and Demand.

The only way to make a statement is to pick a WEEK and EVERYONE stop buying from that 'giant'.

Let's start with EXXON-MOBIL!
No probably not since the government is in on the price gauging. Maybe once Bush is out of office it'll go down hopefully. I get amused over every excuse they come up with just to raise the fuel 30 cents and then drop it gradually. Why can't it drop the same way they like to raise it. Oh yeah I can't forget to mention that May 15th is a boycott day to not buy any gas. This usually doesn't work, but hopefully the message will get out soon enough.
