Birth control? price?

hey so i was just wondering i think im gonna go to planned parenthood and get B.C. but i just wanted to know before hand if it can be mixed with any kind of prescription drugs or if it reacts badly with some stuff if so wat kind? also how much is this going to cost me? side effects?Birth control? price?
hey

there are like 100 different kinds of BC out there and the cash [rice for them is anywhere from $20-178.

dependeing on what is perscribed for you. if you have insurance they'll cover it,and if you dont, ask for something that has a generic available which is going to be cheaper.BC dont usually react with any medicine.but sometimes their effectiness can be decreased while you are on some medications such as antibiotics. Also some BC raise you potassium levels!

but other than that nothing really interacts with BC.

good lcukBirth control? price?
im not sure of rx interactions or side effects but planned parenthood is really cheap. you have to bring a paystub and they base it on your income...if you dont have a job then it could be free (maybe). when I had a minimum wage job some years ago and worked part-time I think I paid 11.00 for a year supply...plus they give you condoms and sometimes plan B.
It depends, your doctor can best tell you if it's going to react with prescriptions. You'll have initial consult charge ($30-$60 usually) and then it depends on what birth control they put you on. I use orthotricyclen-lo and its $25 a month...I can also have it mailed to me for an extra $2.75 a month. Hope this helps.
My birth control is $3 for 6 months supply, but it's heavily subsidised.

The following will reduce the effectiveness of hormonal birth control:

Antibiotics

Antifungals

St John's Wort

Grapefruit %26amp; it's juice

Tobacco

Vomiting %26amp; diarrhea

Laxatives

Barbituates

Anticonvulsants

Rifampim
it's $20 or free if you're a minor. It does not have bad drug reactions, but antibiotics can decrease it's effectiveness when taking it. You may gain a little weight or have small mood swings, but the pros of BC out weigh the cons by far.
