thanks for your answers :)Advantages of govt. price control?
Price controls are typically used in an attempt to control inflation.

The most recent attempt at price controls was Zimbabuwe. The dictator implemented price controls on food because of inflation. As a result people stopped selling food because they would have been paying more for it than they were allowed to sell it for.

If you want to create a shortage of a commodity - implement price controls.Advantages of govt. price control?
There are no advantages of govt. price control. If you are in high school, you should read this book. Its all on-line, and short. Both my boys have read it now.
